Welcome to PRACTA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and products ("Services"), provided by PRACTA ("we", "us", "our").

To access certain features, you must log in via Discord OAuth. You agree to authorize PRACTA to collect your Discord ID and username for authentication and community access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.

You agree to use PRACTA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • Impersonating others
  • Uploading malicious or illegal content
  • Attempting to interfere with our systems or infrastructure

All content on PRACTA — including software, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of PRACTA or its contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source contributions are governed by their respective licenses.

5. User-Generated Content​

You retain ownership of any content you submit or create. By uploading content to PRACTA, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it as needed to operate and improve our Services. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or pose a security risk.

7. Disclaimers​

PRACTA is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRACTA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms​

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you via the Discord community, email, or within the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
